There is no solicitation package available. DLA Information Operations (EMS) Division seeks to enter into a contract for up to 14-month lease of 17 Multi-functional Devices (MFDs) including installation and removal, full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security for various locations in Hawaii. The vendor must be capable of delivering all devices and having them operational by 1 April 2024. The period of performance is as follows: Base Period: 04/01/2024 - 09/30/2024 Option 1: 10/01/2024 - 10/31/2024 Option 2: 11/01/2024 - 11/30/2024 Option 3: 12/01/2024 - 12/31/2024 Option 4: 01/01/2025 - 01/31/2025 Option 5: 02/01/2025 - 02/28/2025 Option 6: 03/01/2025 – 03/31/2025 Option 7: 04/01/2025 - 04/30/2025 Option 8: 05/01/2025 – 05/31/2025 The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
