December 12, 2023 Subject: Request for Information – Sources Sought RFI Number: SP7000-24-RFI-1009 DCSO – P New Cumberland is issuing this sources sought notice to find vendors who are potentially interested in the requirement to purchase 5,000 rolls of 11 inches wide by 300 feet long, white, durable and foldable document material rolls, with a 3 inch core. The document material rolls must be water and tear resistant, untapped, and unglued with a matte inkjet coating, to be used in the HP PageWide XL 8200 printer. The specifications must be in accordance with Attachment 1- Specifications This sources sought notice is being submitted for market research purposes only. This sources sought notice neither constitutes a Request for Quotes, Request for Proposals or Invitation for Bids, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Also, this sources sought notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor hours, training, equipment and supplies necessary to perform the requirement. The contractor shall ensure that each contract employee meets the education, experience, training, licensing, health, and age requirements stated by any and all federal and state regulations. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 322230 with a small business size standard of 750 employees and a Product or Service Code (PSC) of 7510. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov website for the possible release of the solicitation package. All interested parties shall submit their response by 03 Jan 2024 and include: Business name, CAGE code, brief company history, point-of-contact, and NAICS numbers, type of business (i.e. small, large, 8(a), etc.), and information for any current or previous contracts. Also, please include the time of delivery that’s required after receipt of order. All vendor questions and comments pertaining to this sources sought notice, to include questions about the specifications listed in Attachment 1 – Specifications, shall be submitted on Attachment 2 – Question_Comment Form. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to this sources sought notice.
