The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to correct the closing date that was reflected in SAM.gov from 3/24/2023 3:00PM EDT to 3/27/2023 3:00PM EDT to correctly align with the closing date/time identified in the RFQ. This requirement is being solicited on an Other than Full and Open basis. The Government intends to negotiate directly with Trident E&P LLC under the authority at FAR Subpart 13.5(a)(ii) in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. DCSO-P New Cumberland has a requirement for a continued up to 5-month lease of 940 Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) with associated maintenance services for OCONUS – Germany. Required Services are in accordance with the Performance Work Statement applicable to SP7000-21-P-0064 and include lease support to include full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, networking functionality, security accreditation along with technical and network installation support, and removals.
