This acquisition is being conducted on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Print-IQ. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 532420 and the Product Service Code (PSC) is W074 Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) anticipates awarding one firm fixed price contract to the vendor that submits the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal, subject to network testing and approval. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. Requirement Description The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) seeks to enter into a firm fixed price contract for an up to 12-month lease of 53 multifunctional devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices (hereafter collectively referred to as “devices”) Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) – Singapore. Estimated Period of Performance The contract will have an up to 12-month period from device installation as defined in PWS Section IV(A)(2). The desired period of performance start date is May 1, 2023. The estimated period of performance including options is May 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024. Vendor must indicate in its submission if it is able to meet the May 1 period of performance. Based on continued supply chain issues the vendor must indicate a realistic date that devices can be delivered and installed. The Government will take this into consideration in determining the period of performance. The anticipated periods of performance are as follows: BASE: 5/1/2023 – 9/30/2023 OP1: 10/1/2023 – 11/30/2023 OP2: 12/1/2023- 1/31/2023 OP3: 2/1/2024 – 2/28/2024 OP4: 3/1/2024 – 3/31/2024 OP5: 4/1/2024 – 4/30/2024 Delivery The delivery is to various locations located throughout Singapore as indicated in the schedule.
