REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Digital Press Finisher IDIQ SP7000-22-RFI-1027 This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to support market research in identifying sources capable of providing the requirements detailed here and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses to this RFI will assist the Government in determining the potential levels of interest, adequate competition, market maturity and technical capabilities within the Large and Small Business Communities to provide the required capabilities. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this RFI. DLA Data Production Operations seeks to enter into a fixed price contract to acquire and maintain a guaranteed minimum of one (1) one high speed/high volume continuous feed, roll to booklet making finisher, with options to acquire additional units/finishing output. The minimum specifications for the digital press finisher can be found on Attachment 1. The offeror will be responsible for installation and any necessary configuration to ensure a complete printing solution along with: -Delivery and installation of the equipment; (Including electrical/power connection and environmental venting/air handling requirements) -Warranties and repair of the equipment; -Networking functionality of the equipment; -Information Technology (IT) Security Accreditation and technical support for the equipment. -Training on using/daily operations of the equipment, to include hardcopy User Manuals. -Meetings, Reports and Administration Regarding the Equipment.
