DLA Data Production Operations seeks to enter into a fixed price contract to acquire and maintain a guaranteed minimum of one high speed/high volume Color, “Toner or Toner-Based” Technology, digital press with options to acquire additional units. The minimum specifications for the printer-digital press can be found on Attachment 1. The offeror will be responsible for installation and any necessary configuration to ensure a complete printing solution along with: - Delivery and installation of the equipment; (Including electrical/power connection and environmental venting/air handling requirements) - Warranties and repair of the equipment; - Networking functionality of the equipment; - Information Technology (IT) Security Accreditation and technical support for the equipment. - Training on using/daily operations of the equipment, to include hardcopy User Manuals. - Meetings, Reports and Administration Regarding the Equipment.
