DLA Contracting Services Office is issuing this sources sought notice seeking vendors who are potentially interested in the requirement for a multi award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of Small-Format B&W reproduction equipment, accessories, and services. The IDIQ contract maximum is estimated at approximately $50,000,000.00 USD. The period of performance is up to 60 months. Please see attached DRAFT Statement of Work. This is a sources sought request only, and in no way obligates the Government to an award of any contract. Any information submitted in response to this sources sought is strictly voluntary. This sources sought is issued for the purpose of identifying potential sources, and receiving industry comment on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), determining market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources. There is no solicitation package available. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 323117 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All interested parties shall submit their response by 15 April 2021 and include: Their business name, brief company history, point-of-contact, DUNS and NAICS numbers, type of business (i.e. small, large, 8(a), ect.), • Business Name • CAGE Code • Point of Contact Information: Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address • Type of business (i.e. small, large, 8(a), etc.).
