Amendment 0005 - The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to extend the response date to August 9, 2021, 10:00AM Eastern Time. Please see attached SP7000-21-Q-1039 A0005. Amendment 0004 - The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to provide responses to Industry questions and add a clause. Please see attached SP7000-21-Q-1039 A0004. Amendment 0003: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the reponse date to August 4, 2021, 11:00AM Eastern Time. The suspense for question submission shall be no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time, 28 June 2021. Offerors must submit any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to the Contract Specialist. Questions must be received by the Contract Specialist in adequate time to allow a written response prior to the quote due date. See Attachment 7 - Question and Comment Form.
