This is a two month sole source contract with 8 1-month options for the continued lease support for 45 MFDs without using competitive procedures. The current contract SP7000-20-P-0046 expired on 9/30/2020. The period of performance is 10/1/20 - 07/31/21 including 8 1-month options.The sole source order is being put in place so the devices can finish device testing, be competed on GSA PRISM BPAs and allow time for delivery pending new NMCI Contract Award. This sole source is being requested in order to maintain copier support, to include full service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, networking functionality, security accreditation along with technical and network installation support, while the follow on action is being worked.
