Amendment 1 is to update specifications to include tearability information and to extend the RFQ submission deadline. DCSO-P New Cumberland has a requirement for 700 rolls of matte coated paper 36 inch by 300 feet untaped and unglued in accordance with the attached specifications (Attachment 1- Specifications). A sample of a minimum of one roll of paper will be tested for technical acceptability. The paper will undergo several tests (Attachment 2- Sample Paper Tests) and has to pass those tests before award can be made. Prospective vendors will not be paid for the testing roll and shall be submitted at no expense to the Government. All testing rolls must be delivered on or before 01 June 2021. Testing will be completed by 04 June 2021 with award to be made subsequently to the lowest price, technically acceptable contractor
