DLA plans the purchase of Paper - 28#, White Laser, 8.5" x 11" (Letter) Pressure seal C fold finger-popconstruction cut sheets with perforations, -Vertical Perforation: 2 - 12 tpi at 7/16" from each side of sheet, -Horizontal Perforation: 3 - 17 tpi at 3 11/16"; 7 3/8" and 7 3/4". Paper must be high quality level so paper does not shed excessively (Dust free / Vacuumed). sheets must be consistently cut straight and square to 8.5" x 11". Paper must be of sufficient opacity to prevent “Read Through”. Each carton must be banded. If shipment contains 5 or more cartons, cartons must be palletized and securely fastened on the pallet by shrink wrapping &/or banding.
