Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Data Management Services (DMS) seeks to award up to five (5) vendors a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) fixed price contract for the purchase and subsequent maintenance of 60” Wide-Format black and white (B&W) and Color Engineering Technical Drawing Equipment with add-on options (accessories) for the devices. The output will include, but is not limited to banners, pictures, posters, engineering drawing output for topographic, hydrographic, and aeronautical, and multiple other land navigation and aerospace maps and charts. The requirement includes: - Delivery and installation of the equipment; - Maintenance and repair of the equipment; - Networking functionality of the equipment; - Information Technology (IT) Security Accreditation and technical support for the equipment throughout the duration of connectivity to the network; - Training on using/daily operations of the equipment, to include hardcopy User Manuals.
