Proposed Solicitation Number: SP7000-19-R-1003 DLA Contracting Services Office – P New Cumberland anticipates issuing a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation. IDIQ contracts will be limited to the five lowest priced technically acceptable offerors. The RFP will be for the purchase of color small format reproduction equipment and maintenance within the contiguous United States, the District of Columbia, and non-foreign OCONUS Locations Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. The anticipated duration of the IDIQ contract is up to 60 months from contract award. The estimated solicitation issue date is on or around February 5, 2020. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted (full and open competition). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 333316, the size standard will be 1,000 Employees, and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) will be 3610. The solicitation will be posted electronically at the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.beta.sam.gov/). The anticipated award date of the IDIQ contracts will be within 12 months of when the devices are submitted for testing prior to award. The solicitation evaluation method will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The evaluation criteria will be are as follows: Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance.
