DLA has a requirement for continued Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Support Services. PIEE is a key enabling program for satisfying DoD Business Enterprise Priorities and specifically Common Supplier Engagement (CSE). The current PIEE environment is a web-based application located at https://piee.eb.mil. PIEE supports the President’s Management Agenda item for e-Government and is a major component of the DoD compliance with the requirements of Section 1008 of the Fiscal Year 2001 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) concerning electronic invoicing. The scope of this effort is the continuation of sustainment of PIEE.
