The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking information to identify solutions and vendors capable of providing integrated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Capabilities. The envisioned ERM GRC Capabilities will provide DLA with the ability to capture, track, and report on various monitoring initiatives, control frameworks and compliance programs. The solution will give DLA the ability to link risk and controls to internal and external regulations; correlate laws and regulations relevant to DLA with internal policies, procedures, and compliance activities; and enable risk management and minimize operational complexity. The ideal solution would be an integrated tool set through which the government has no software development work and minimal integration effort during implementation. The envisioned solution is comprehensive and innovative GRC Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that enables organizations to address multiple factors that are essential in managing and controlling enterprise risk.
