This justification authorizes the exercise of an option to extend the period of performance of Task Order SP4701-17-D-0049-0003 under the J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) Contract Vehicle for a 4 month period in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 – Option to Extend Services. The Government has a requirement for the continued sustainment of systems under the Recruit Training Center (RTC) Supply Chain Management System, to include developing and implementing an update to the current system technology and incorporating additional requirements. The RTC systems are critical to the DLA Troop Support’s Clothing & Textiles (C&T) Directorate. The Task Order extension will be awarded to Yahya Technologies under 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B).
