Power Supply Test System, DLA Product Test Cent VTP I. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, etc. (except as noted), necessary to provide all components for a 3? Power Supply Test System to the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), Columbus, Ohio. The salient characteristics of the 3? Power Supply Test System are as listed below: DC, 1? and 3? power system with support equipment with the following salient characteristics: Shall be new, not refurbished. Shall be supplied with Operating manual. Shall be capable of supplying: DC, 1? and 3? power from DC to 5kHz (sinusoidal and square wave) rated to 12kVA Shall have accuracy of at least 0.15%. Shall have no more than 0.3% distortion at 50/60Hz and no more than 1% distortion above these frequencies. Shall have no less than 0.98 power factor. Shall have resolution of no less than 0.1V. Optional extended warranty and multi-year service contract must be offered. Shall have: NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate and ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate with data and uncertainties. Shall include all the cables, sub-equipment and accessories for the system to reliably operate. Shall be on a wheeled frame for easy movement. Shall be able to fit through standard commercial double door. Shall work as a single system to only require one disconnect for the entire system. Required Upgrades and Accessories - Brand Name or Equal: GPIB, ethernet, USB Interfaces. Windows 11 PC with all necessary peripherals, hardware, ports, et cetera with software and permanent license to reliably control system. 8 hours of on-site training and setup.
