DESCRIPTION: This is a requirement for maintenance, repair, software installation, and calibration services for multiple manufacturer environmental chambers. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, assembly, etc. (except as noted), necessary to accomplish this acquisition to the DLA, Product Test Center Division, in Columbus, Ohio. Details and specifications of the equipment needed for this acquisition are identified in Att 1 PWS Environmental Chamber. 2. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quotes are due by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the date specified in Block 8 of Page 1. Quotes are considered late after 3:00 PM EST. The following method of submitting a quote is as follows: EMAIL QUOTES TO: Blair.Hartley@dla.mil. Emailed quotes cannot exceed 15 MB. E-mailed quotes greater than 15 MB must be divided into multiple emails. USE SUBJECT: Environmental Chambers Offerors are responsible for submitting quotes, and any revisions, to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the date and time specified. 3. POINT OF CONTACT: For solicitation information, please see the point of contact listed in Block 7 of the SF1449. 4. CONTRACT LINE-ITEM NUMBER (CLIN): The item/supply will be listed as a CLIN in Section B. 5. PROCUREMENT ITEM DESCRIPTION (PID): PID information is not available. A description of the supply/product is provided in Att 1 PWS Environmental Chamber. 6. QUANTITY (Qty): The number of units required is provided in Att 1 PWS Environmental Chamber. 7. ITEM NUMBER OR PART NUMBER OFFERED (Offeror Fill-in): Offerors shall include either the item number or the part number for CLIN 0001 quoted in Section B if applicable. 8. UNIT PRICE AND TOTAL (Offeror Fill-in): Offerors shall include the unit price and the total price for CLIN 0001 quoted in Section B.
