1. The purpose of Solicitation Amendment #2 is to revise the pricing process for Ad Hoc work. The attachment entitled "RFP SP470521R0001_Summary Amend2" summarizes the changes to the Request for Proposal and the Performance Work Statement (changes shown highlighted in yellow) to effect the revised process. 2. Revisions to proposals resulting from the changes made to the RFP and the PWS are due by 3:00 P.M. (EST), MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2021. 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ********END OF AMENDMENT 00001************* The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installation Support-Fort Belvoir has a requirement for the operation, maintenance, service, repair, and minor construction/alteration services of electrical systems, related components, systems, and equipment at the McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC), Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and remote facilities located within a 25-mile radius of HQC. The HQC is located on approximately 115 acres and consists of an enclave of buildings, which includes Building 2462, a multi-story 1,100,000 square foot (SF) facility; three Gate Access Control buildings (Buildings 2463, 2464, and 2465); the Recreation Building and Pavilion (Building 2466); the Irrigation Well House (Building 2467); 34,000 SF Child Development Center (Building 2468); one parking garage building (Building 2469); approximately 15,000 SF Material Receiving and Screening Facility (Building 2480); an outfall control structure (Building 2487); and the 2,500 SF Visitor Control Center (Building 2461). Services will also be provided for approximately 95,811 SF of remote facilities located within a 25-mile radius of the HQC.
