This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC Number 2025-04, effective date 06/11/2025 and DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117. This solicitation is issued 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333241 (Food Product Machinery Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Preferably, we are seeking contractors within the Northern Area, closer to Fort Belvoir, VA. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SP4705-25-Q-2030. Please review the attached Statement of Work for more details. The award will be in accordance with FAR part 15 and 19. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and with four (4) sequential one (1) year options. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15 and FAR 12. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Services Office intends to procure an acquisition on behalf of the Defense Logistics Agency Headquarters Installation Support to establish a contract for Appliances. See Attachment 1 for the Statement of Work (SOW) for additional information on the requirement. A list of the line items numbers, quantities, and units of measure for the base and option years is located under Attachment 2 – Section B Price Schedule. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision.
