See attached SF30. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide additional instructions for the upcoming Site Visit at the Fort Belvoir McNamara Complex on July 15, 2025. Full instructions can be found on the attachment “DLA HQ DBIDS Pre-Enrollment Memo”. 3. The sponsor for the Site Visit will be Andrea Terrell, Andrea.1.Terrell@dla.mil. 4. Failure to pre-register may result in delayed access or denial of entry to the McNamara Complex. 5. All other terms and conditions remain the same. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is soliciting quotes for elevator maintenance services at the McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC), Fort Belvoir, VA. We are seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance, repair, testing, and modification services to ensure continuous, reliable, and safe operation. Please see attachments for all information. Site Visit: An optional, but strongly encouraged, site visit will be held on July 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM EDT. Registration details are provided in the solicitation attachments. Location: McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC) Meeting Point: Main Lobby Information Desk. Questions: No questions will be answered during the site visit. All questions must be submitted in writing by 2:00pm on July 18, 2025. Important Information for Prospective Vendors: Prospective vendors are required to carefully review all attachments. These attachments contain critical information regarding the scope of work, performance requirements, security requirements, and quote submission instructions. Mandatory DD254 Completion: Due to security requirements associated with this contract, all prospective vendors must complete and submit the attached DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification. Failure to complete and submit the DD254 may render your proposal ineligible for consideration. Questions: All questions regarding this combined synopsis/solicitation must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the attached documents.
