This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial product prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SP4705-25-Q-0004 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07 and DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20241010. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 333924, Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 900 employees. Partial quotes will not be accepted. Please see page 15 for Instructions to Quoters. The purpose of this procurement is to procure and deliver a new vertical man lift and scissor lift. This includes a one (1) year warranty.
