Enterprise survey serves as the base measurement which is replicated across multiple sites without model variation (custom question variation is available with Premium Segments). Item #8(a) - Enterprise Segment -Standard English Segment: English-language Standard Segment. Standard Segments are identical across the enterprised surveys. 2 of 4 Item #12 cxReplay: Each Replay application includes visualization of the visitor experience. Remote capture of the visitor experience includes time on the site, pages viewed, navigation path, data entry activity, scrolling, mouse movement and clicks (for web), and touch, zoom, and device orientation (for mobile devices). Data capture is associated with survey results, and no data will be stored if a survey is not completed. Item #13 - Satisfaction Insight Review (SIR): Satisfaction-focused research and analysis based on survey and custom question responses, prepared by the client’s Satisfaction Research Analyst. Data is analyzed on an aggregate level and then on a specific segment as recommended by the Satisfaction Research Analyst and affirmed by the client. Includes complete presentation and report presented via webex and teleconference.
