This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the RFQ number is SP4705-22-Q-0028. No formal solicitation will be issued. This RFQ is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Central Region has requirement for the New Orleans Branch Office, NASA, 3800 Gentilly Road, B140, New Orleans, LA 70129. The current location was damaged in the hurricane and will be torn down. NASA has provided a swing space in Building 101 (B101). This office will require furniture to be moved to swing space located at 13800 Old Gentilly Road, B101, New Orleans, LA 70129. This will include, but not limited to, workstations, private offices, task, guest chairs, white boards, refrigerator, crates and additional office items. Furniture Placement Planning is required along with Moving Services for relocation and disposal of DoD excess at a designated Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This scope also includes services for low voltage cabling, and appliances moved. Complete details and quantities are explained in the attached Statement of Work. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 484210 and the size standard is $30M. The Product Service Code is V301. The period of performance will be a three-month period as follows: September 30, 2022 – December 31, 2022. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 effective May 26, 2022, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD).
