This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the RFQ number is SP4705-22-Q-0027. No formal solicitation will be issued. This RFQ is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), while serving the public interest as its primary customer, shall perform all necessary contract audits for the Department of Defense (DoD) and provide accounting and financial advisory services regarding contracts and subcontracts to all DoD Components responsible for procurement and contract administration. These services shall be provided in connection with negotiation, administration, and settlement of contracts and subcontracts to ensure taxpayer dollars are spent on fair and reasonable contract prices. DCAA shall provide contract audit services to other Federal agencies, as appropriate. See the attached Performance Work (PWS) Statement for additional information. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 561210 and the size standard is $41.5M. The Product Service Code is R706. The period of performance will be 12-month period starting September 30, 2022. POP is September 30, 2022 through 29 September 2023.
