Amendment 00001 – Questions and Answers The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate questions and answers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the RFQ number is SP4705-22-Q-0025. No formal solicitation will be issued. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 561990 and the size standard is $14.5M. The Product Service Code is R614. The period of performance will be 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods as follows: Base Period: 9/1/2022-8/31/2023; Opt. Year One: 9/1/2023-8/31/2024; Opt. Year Two: 9/1/2024-8/31/2025; Opt. Year Three: 9/1/2025-8/31/2026; and Opt.
