Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contract Services Office (DCSO) Fort Belvoir is conducting market research for researching for a potential source to obtain operation, maintenance, service and repair for the collection and hauling of recyclables generated at the Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC). The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision, except as specified herein as Government-furnished, to manage and perform all operations for the collection, and hauling and recycling of recyclables generated at the Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Building, Building 2462, Material Receiving and Screening Facility, Building 2480 and the Child Development Center (CDC), Building 2468, 8725 John J. Kingman Road, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. All buildings are located within the fence line of the HQC. The HQC contains over 1.1 million square feet of administrative space supporting over 6,000 employees DCSO-F1 provide the attached draft statement of work (SOW) to give an opportunity to review it and submit the statement of capability based on the SOW. The draft SOW is not final and is subject to change between now and issuance of the official solicitation.
