THIS SOLICITATION IS HEREBY AMENDED TO CORRECT CLIN NUMBERING IN SECTION 5, ADD OMITTED CLINS TO THE TABLE OF SUPPLIES IN SECTION 8, AND ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS SUBMITTTED BY VENDORS: Question: Does DLA require the logo to be screen printed or embroidered? Answer: Either is fine. Question: Do you happen to know the brands and/or style numbers for these items? Answer: This is NOT a Brand Name Only or Brand Name or Equal solicitation. Technical acceptability will be determined by whether quoted products meet the minimum salient characteristics as listed in the section 5 CLIN descriptions. See attached amended combined synopsis/ solicitation for revised CLIN numbers and additions to the supplies table. Revisions are highlighted in yellow. All other terms and conditions remain the same. (End of Amendment) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the requirements of FAR Subpart 13.1 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotations are requested. The Solicitation number is SP4705-21-Q-1777 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective July 12, 2021. This is a Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 315210 (Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors) and the Size Standard is 750 Employees. Award will be made as a single firm fixed price contract. The purpose of this requirement is to provide the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Child Development Center with custom printed polo shirts, hooded jackets, and cobbler smocks at the DLA Headquarters Complex located at Fort Belvoir, VA.
