DCSO-F provide the attached Combine Synopsis Solicitation, Statement of Work (SOW), Instruction to Offerors and the Service Contract Act Wage Determination # 2015- 4281 Rev. 18, Last Revised April 07, 2021 to give an opportunity to review them and submit the proposal.
