End of Amendment 0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the requirements of FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested. The Solicitation number is SP4705-20-R-0010 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP incorporates provisions and lauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 effective in 02 July 2020; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) current to Revision 5 and Proc Ltr 2019-19. This is a Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. The NAICS Code is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) and the Size Standard is $30M. NOTE: All offers must be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. Award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. The purpose of this requirement is to provide the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Office of Public Affairs with contractor support to redesign the agency’s public website and portions of the agency’s intranet website.
