DISCLAIMER: This sources sought is for planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the government to acquire any supplies or services. Responses to this sources sought are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. The government will determine if/how to proceed based on the results of this notice. Companies that respond to this notice should not expect to receive feedback regarding submissions. The government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the expense of the responding party. The information provided in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the government. 2. LOCATION: Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. 3. OBJECTIVE: To provide purchase of AvtivIdentity ActivClient for Common Access Card (CAC) software maintenance renewal for existing licenses currently owned by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Please see attached Product Item Description for further details. The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are any authorized resellers that are NASA SEWP contract holders or have GSA schedules under NAICS 541519 (size standard $34M) that are capable of providing the required non-personal services. 4. SCOPE OF WORK: The vendor must be an authorized reseller of ActivClient and able to provide all of the items that are listed on the attached product item description. 5. DESCRIPTION OF INFORMATION REQUESTED: All interested vendors with experience as outlined above must provide a capability statement that includes the following: a. Company name b. Whether you are an authorized reseller of ActivClient c. GSA contract number d. NASA SEWP contract number e. Other government-wide contracts/numbers f. Socioeconomic status(es) g. CAGE code h. DUNS number i. Size of business relative to NAICS code j. Mailing address k. Name, telephone number, and email address for primary point of contact (POC) with the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with government representatives and can verify the demonstrated capabilities. l. Any questions or clarification requests regarding the requirement. 6. Any information provided by industry to the government as a result of this sources sought is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. As a reminder, no entitlements to payment of any direct or indirect costs or changes to the government will arise as a result of vendor submission of responses or the government’s use of such information. The information obtained from industry responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFP if applicable. The limit for all responses is 2 pages single-sided in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format with a maximum of 12-point font on an 8.5 x 11 page with margins of 1”. 7. Interested vendors should submit their response through email to Thomas J. Walsh III at thomas.j.walsh@dla.mil with “Sources Sought – ActivClient” in the subject line. Responses must be sent by 10AM EDT June 5, 2023. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure the email was received and is viewable.
