REQUEST for QUOTE SP4704-23-Q-0031 DCAA Supervisor Conference This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4704-23-Q-0031 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). For applicable clauses and provisions, refer to list of applicable clauses attached. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561920. The small business size standard is $20,000,000. The resultant contract is an intended sole source to Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation prior to the specified closing date and time of the combined synopsis solicitation which shall be considered by the agency. The Contractor shall assure that there is complete understanding of the requirements set forth in the attached document. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for all additional requirement details. If multiple technically acceptable quotes are received award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets the requirement stated in the SOW and the solicitation. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is the official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. If not already registered in SAM, go to www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote. In response to this RFQ, the quoter shall prepare a detailed purchase order quote for meeting all stated requirements in the attached SOW and comply with the following limitations and characteristics: • Do not include marketing materials • Margins (Top, Bottom, Right and Left) no smaller than 1" (headers and footers are allowed in the margins) • Submission shall be provided in electronic format (.pdf) format and submitted via email. • Time New Roman 11 font will be used. The use of smaller fonts is permissible in tables. • In accordance with FAR 3.104-4, mark material that may be source selection information. Source selection information shall be marked with the legend “CUI-Source Selection Information – See FAR 2.101 and 3.104.” This includes the quoter’s cover page and EACH page that may contain source selection information. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and issue a task order without discussions. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions and request quote revisions if it is determined to be necessary. Additionally, the Government reserves the right not to make an award as a result of this RFQ if such award is determined contrary to the best interest of the Government. Quotes are due by Closing Date: 25 April 2023 at 2:00 PM, Eastern Time. All inquiries must be submitted NLT 10:00AM Eastern Time, 24 April 2023.
