This solicitation constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511130. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is for other than full and open competition. The resultant contract is an intended sole source to West Group in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and FAR 6.302-1(a). However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal prior to the specified closing date and time of the solicitation which shall be considered by the agency.
