This is a request for quote of commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Products, and FAR subpart 13.1, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 with a business size standard of $30M. This acquisition is Unrestricted (no set-aside). This solicitation is anticipated to result in a firm-fixed price task order. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Pricing for all line items must be submitted with the proposal. The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) has a requirement for the renewal of consulting and software programming, system maintenance, non-Java based Shared Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) interface maintenance, and training tutorial support to the Training Requirements and Information Network extended (TRAINext) Learning Management System (LMS)/Individual Development Plan (IDP) interactive system support. This requirement is in support of DCAI at Atlanta, GA. The Contractor must assure that there is complete understanding of the requirements set forth in the attached documents. Please refer to the attached for all additional requirement details. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets the requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the solicitation. Additionally, please refer to the attached Sole Source Justification for information pertaining to processing this requirement on a sole source basis to PixLet Productions, Inc. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is the official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS.
