Combined Synopsis/Solicitation SP4704?21?Q?0003 Online Access to IHS Global’s Economic Forecasts This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and/or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4704?21?Q?0003 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). A firm?fixed price contract is anticipated. This acquisition is issued on an unrestricted basis under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210. The small business size standard is $38.5M. Partial proposals will not be accepted. This requirement is to provide personnel at Defense Contract Audit Agency with online access to IHS Global, Inc.’s Economic Forecasts, which includes economic indices, forecasts and historical information; time?phased economic indices, data and reports; statistically valid and robust reports for use in accurately estimating future costs; and support associated with delivering economic forecasts to the audit field. Refer to attached “Purchase Description” for further details. THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT IAW FAR 6.302-1 to IHS Markit Inc. DBA IHS Global, Inc. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirements stated in the Purchase Description and the solicitation. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered, go to SAM website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
