This is a 100% small business set-aside for a firm-fixed price contract to provide perimeter fence repair services at the Defense Supply Center Richmond in Chesterfield County, VA. The contractor must have a bona fide place of business within 120 miles of DSCR from which mobilization occurs. The contract has a five-year period of performance (one base year and four option years), with pricing based on a fixed price per linear foot for routine repairs (72-hour response) and emergency repairs (24-hour response). The government will purchase and store an estimated minimum of 750 linear feet of fence materials upfront. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror meeting all requirements.
