Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed price construction contract for parking lot repair, set aside 100% for small businesses. The period of performance is 60 days from the Notice to Proceed. The work must be performed at the DSCR facility in Richmond, VA, and the prime contractor's place of business must be within a 120-mile commutable radius. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, with past performance considered as part of technical acceptability. The contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award.
