This is a firm-fixed price construction contract for electrical work, set aside for small businesses. The expected period of performance is one year from the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must have a physical office within 120 miles of the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) for mobilization. All personnel will require vetting and a specific credentialing process for access to the DSCR installation. The contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award.
