In order to provide sufficient time for Government response prior to solicitation closing, any questions/inquiries must be sent via email to the Contract Specialist no later than 7 August 2024 end of day. This requirement is for Wastewater Pre-Treatment Sampling - Quarterly and Annual Sampling of Wastewater Discharge at DLA Aviation located in Richmond VA in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are hereby being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SP4703-21-Q-0066 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This resulting award will be firm, fixed- price. The requirement has a Base Year and Two (2) Option Years. Base and Both Option Years must be quoted – No partial quotes will be accepted. Period of Performance: Base Year: 9 September 2024 - 8 September 2025 Option 1: 9 September 2025 - 8 September 2026 Option 2: 9 September 2026 - 8 September 2027 Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror whose quotation conforms to all solicitation requirements and is determined to be most advantageous to the Government.
