Objectives. The objectives of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the resulting contract are to offer a vehicle through which the Contractor shall furnish the necessary integrated environment of Pin Point, WSIT and Coherent View. While executing these required activities, the Contractor shall also sustain and maintain full operations for the Coherent View databases, ensuring users have access to the data within the corresponding databases, and receive timely system and support staff responses, which may require support/coordination during non-duty hours. Scope. The scope of this PWS and the resulting contract encompasses all activities necessary for the Contractor to sustain and maintain the Pin Point, WSIT and Coherent View environment, manage the Change Management (CM) process via system Problem Reports (PRs) and system change requests (CRs). Training shall be incorporated into each PWS task, as required, for competent usage of the applicable tools to perform that task.
