Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Fire Alerting System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number SP4703-22-R-0010 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The contract length is one year from the date of award. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. Alternative offers will not be accepted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334290. The small business size standard is 750 employees. Partial proposals will not be accepted. See Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement (PWS), for Scope, Background, and Objectives. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the requirements stated in the PWS and the solicitation.
