This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number SP4703-21-R-0007 is issued as a request for Proposal (RFP) and attached to this notice. This is a firm-fixed price Contract for a base year of 12 months and two twelve month option periods. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541690. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Pricing for all line items and options must be submitted with the proposal. For applicable terms and conditions, refer to RFP. Award will be made on the basis of tradeoff source selection process as stated in the solicitation. This requirement is to provide management, technical, and functional support of the Defense Standardization Program Office (DSPO) located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This support is to provide technical expertise and support capable of researching, developing, analyzing, evaluating, facilitating, and supporting both new and ongoing DSPO initiatives and activities.
