This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are hereby being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SP4703-21-Q-0052 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This resulting award will be firm, fixed- price. This acquisition is issued as a a Total Small Business Set Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561990, Shredding. The small business size standard is $22 Million. This requirement is for Document Shredding services located at Warner Robins AFB, Warner Robins, Georgia, is in accordance with the Statement of Work (attachment 1). The requirement has a Base Year and Two (2) Option Years. Base and Both Option Years must be quoted – No partial quotes will be accepted. Period of Performance: Base: 11 September 2021 - 10 September 2022 Option 1: 11 September 2022 - 10 September 2023 Option 2: 11 September 2023 - 10 September 2024 Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror whose quotation conforms to all solicitation requirements and is determined to be most advantageous to the Government. The contractor MUST BE REGISTERED in the System for Award Management (SAM) PRIOR to award. If not already registered, go to SAM website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
