The purpose of this RFQ is to remove and replace existing door sweeps, weather stripping, and to plug holes and other entry points for rodents that are entering Building 31 and Building 32 at Defense ... The purpose of this RFQ is to remove and replace existing door sweeps, weather stripping, and to plug holes and other entry points for rodents that are entering Building 31 and Building 32 at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). The Contractor shall perform the maintenance in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses. In addition, only offerors that are within 110 miles from DSCR will be considered for award. This is an urgent requirement that must be completed as quickly as possible for DSCR. Work is expected to be completed within 30 days from the Notice to Proceed. The quantity and pricing area in the line item details have been flipped. This allows for partial invoicing in Wide Area Workflow. Invoices will need to be flipped in order to work with the Government system. This can be discussed in greater detail at the award phase.
