This Sources Sought is for planning purpsoes only and is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or an obliagation on the part of the Government to aquire any products or services. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on potential sources who can provide the services requested in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). The Government is seeking sources who can provide these services immediatly. Further details can be found in the attached SOO.
