Closing Date will be extended until Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 3:00 PM EST *********************************************************************************************** REVISION: SITE VISIT IS WILL BE HELD AT 0900 ON WEDNESDAY, 11/20/19. IN ORDER TO ATTEND, YOU MUST EMAIL NAME OF COMPANY/ATTENDEES TO PROJECT MANAGERS BY TUESDAY, 11/19/20 AT 1100. The project managers are: Bryan.Broughton@dla.mil and Warren.Nuckols@dla.mil _______________________________________________________ The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning System (HVAC) servicing Building 32H, I, K, L,M, Building 31H, I, K, L and M Bays, requires cleaning. The HVAC system includes all interior surfaces of the air distribution system that serves conditioned spaces or occupied zones from the point where air enters the system to the points where air is discharged, return grilles, return ducts to the air handling unit, supply diffusers, dedicated exhaust, ventilation and make-up air system. Vendor doing work requires 5 years of HVAC experience -- verification must be submitted with quotation. ********************************************************************************************************** ATTENTION: SITE VISIT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Wednesday, November 20, 2019 @ 9:00 AM EST.
