Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the replacement of cross arms on power poles for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Installation Management in Richmond, VA. The work will be performed in Richmond, VA. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) type, and partial proposals will not be accepted.
