This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Quote. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on potential sources that can provide access to the Inventory Locator Service (ILS) database as well as on-site training for end users. This requirement is in support of all of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation locations - DLA Aviation Richmond, VA (1,335 users); DLA Cherry Point (121 users); DLA Hill AFB Ogden (171 users); DLA Jacksonville (106 users); DLA North Island San Diego (138 users); Warner Robins (130 users); and DLA Tinker AFB Oklahoma (269 users). The Government is seeking sources who are able to supply this product immediately. Responses must provide PROOF of the ability to provide ALL of the requested items. This is not a request for pricing, rather a request for interested parties to provide evidence that they can provide the exact products as requested. Please see attached Purchase Description for further details. Sources must reference the Sources Sought number and the requirement title, ILS, in their e-mail response. Sources must respond to the e-mail address listed on the Primary Point of Contact by the closing date/time of the announcement. Interested vendor must indicate Company name, address, CAGE, SAM Unique Entity ID, and POC info with responses. The Government will not review late submissions.
