This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to provide inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire suppression, fire alarm, and mass notification systems on the Defense Supply Center Richmond located in Richmond, Virginia.
