This solicitation will not be made available to the public. If you believe that your company is eligible to provide the requested service, pleasea send an email to the POC listed in this synopsis. Only dealers with documented approval from the OEM Hexagon Metrology will be considered. The Contractor shall provide Hardware Maintenance in the form of equipment service repair coverage and annual certification/calibration of each DLA DSCR VEA Hexagon Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) throughout each approved contract period. The equipment includes a portable Romer Arm model 7525 and a stationary Shop Floor (SF) model 7.10.7 CMM. The Contractor shall also provide Hexagon Software Maintenance in the form of the latest updates, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and remote support for software installation and configuration throughout the contract period. All work will include appropriate documentation provided to the customer/PoC. This is a sole source requirement, and the only eligible award will be made to Hexagon Metrology, Inc. CAGE 1WUK4.
